If THAT is not apartheid, I don't know what is. "Non citizens" means "non equals". The Palestinian "elites" want to maintain their privileges in their brand new towns while the indigenous population will remain without rights in their Bantustans otherwise called "Refugee camps" for generations to come. Just like in South Africa.

Muslims can't practice apartheid, they are part of the Ummah.
The two are mutually exclusive. Period.
i.e. what you do to further the Ummah can never by definition constitute apartheid since all you do is follow the Koran. I am sure there is something in there supplying the "reasoning" for that and "westerners" better hurry to learn about it.

So let me see if I have this right. The UN is poised to vote for a Palestinian state based on the principle that they have declared themselves a 'nation' and therefore have a right to self-determination. But Palestinians in refugee camps are not Palestinians? They've shown their hand in more ways than one. They are pretty much saying they aren't a nation at all. Not that sane people didn't already know that.

But Miao you seem to be basing nation on known and established concepts - I think they will introduce us to a new (mind-boggling) concept of what constitutes nation, i.e. something incomprehensible based on "deep roots to the land".

The refugees (terrible for them) are people whom nobody wants except UNRWA (who in my book is largely responsible for the fact that nobody wants them) (btw here is a site where you can apply for a job with them. I'd guess jobs with them will be longterm and secure

I perfectly understand that refugees in camps who have their "deep roots" not in past 1948 Israel can not become citizens of the "Palestine" thingy but what about those who have their "deep roots" in the areas the Philistines (yes as regards law they are Philistines too) claim for their bogus state? The legalese they will come up with to sell that one to the gullibles will be quite a contortion. I wonder how long it will take them to resort to the Koran to make it holy and thus any attack on it a lack of respect for the "Prophet".

The Palestinians will NEVER allow an influx of refugees to Judea/Samaria. They are viewed as aliens by the existing population there and their presence there would disrupt the delicate relations between the existing clans there regarding land ownership and distributionof the money the Palestinians Authority hands out. If there are elections the new immigrants would be able to take the instruments of state power away from the existing power structure. Those who are there now will NEVER allow this. A mass influx would cause a civil war, just as the big differences between Gaza and Judea/Samaria led to a civil war betwen HAMAS and FATAH. THus, the Palestinians must insist on ALL the refugees returning to Israel and ONLY to Israel

Well, they have to make up their minds first. One group is saying that it's going to be jew-free. The other group is saying it's going to be secular. Another, shariah caliph. Who the hell knows.

In 1905, the imam gave it to the Jews and promised to protect them "if they remained in their former status."
